I don’t know about y’all, but I love the show Parks and Recreation. Leslie Knope is a force to be reckoned with, and her idea of “Galentine’s Day” is one of the coolest concepts to ever grace primetime television. Galentine’s is celebrated the day before Valentine’s Day, and is dedicated to celebrating the awesome ladies in your life.
