Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated dispatch time:
1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted.
I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, and the speed of your local post office.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges, provided the yarn is in its original condition. If you have found a fault in your yarn, please contact me with a photo of the fault and I will do my best to fix the problem.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery (I recommend shipping tracked, as I can’t be held liable if your return gets lost in the post. If the buyer changed their mind and want a return, the postage is the buyer’s responsibility. If the buyer finds a fault in the yarn, or received the wrong order, the return shipping is my (the seller’s) responsibility.)
I don’t accept cancellations or returns on custom orders.
