Vampire Queen: hand dyed sparkle sock yarn inspired by Adventure Time

Description

This hand dyed yarn was inspired by the amazingly fun show Adventure Time, and the character Marceline the Vampire Queen, our favorite part demon, part vampire, bass-playing rockstar. This yarn is dyed half black, half red for approximately half meter repeats.

• 75% superwash merino wool, 20% nylon, 5% sparkle
• 400m/437 yards in length
• 100g skein

Each skein is 100g of SPARKLY SOCK YARN! That’s right, sock yarn that sparkles! The fibre composition is 75% superwash merino wool, 20% nylon (for sock strength), and 5% stellina (that’s the sparkle!). When making socks, you need 20 – 25% nylon for strength and stretch, or your socks might wear out too early. This yarn isn’t just for socks, though: it can be used for any 4-ply or fingering weight pattern.
